System Restore Disabled

I tried to restore my system to a previous date. All of the previous dates
have been removed. a diolog came up on McAfee "window system
restore\RSTRUL.EXE contains suspicious scripting activity and has been
stopped." It left these choices: 1. Stop the script 2. Find the information
3. Cancel. I tried first to stop the script; this did not help. Secondly,
I looked at the information but this did not help.
My previous restore system dates could not be restored. How can I correct
this problem?
