Workstation Console Lock

I want to set a global policy that will lock all users
workstations after a period of inactivity and password
protect it. What possible problems will that cause, and
is there an administrative back door that will allow me
access without losing users open documents if I override
with Admin ID?

You set up the screensaver to lock using group policy, set an appropriate
screensave and a suitable timeout value. All these are there in Group
Policy.

The problem you may get is that your users may whinge. Set it to something
sensible (not 5 mins).

There is no administrative back door. You have the option as admin to
unlock the machine, but that will log the current user out and they will
lose their work.

Oli
