XP workstation locked?

A

april

One of our xp workstations will automatically be locked with password
protected after certain period of idle. The strange thing is that the
workstation is not set to password protect on resume. Can someone advise
what happened? And there is no policy to set password protect on resume
from the network either.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

This workstation might have some type of malware software install or
it has been taken over. This would indicate that this workstation
could have been "hi-jacked" by some hacker.
