Won't accept .jpg images

I tried importing a severa jpg photos into the timeline
that are saved on a floppy. They went into the timeline
fine, but when I took the floppy out, all images turned to
X's as did the image file names in the Collections area.
Does WMM not allow jpg images.?

Movie Maker does support JPG images. The red X
you see means that Movie Maker can't find the
original JPG files in their original location.

It's best to copy the JPG files to your hard
drive first, then add them to you Movie Maker
collections from there.
