WinXP SP1

I just installed WinXP SP1 onto a WinXP Professional
machine. During the reboot, I got a blue screen that
says c000021a Fatal System Error / Session Manager
Initialization process terminated with a status of
0xc0000263 (00000x0, 00000x0). Has anyone ever seen this
or know what to do? I can't even boot into safe mode.

C21a are typically faulting applications or memory leaks, unfortunately
there isnt a good way to get at them if safe mode isnt working. You can
parallel install the machine for data recovery if its urgent or you can use
recovery console and stop all non-essential services and try to boot the
machine.
