C000021a (fatal system error)

i was installing some updates and the system froze, after
a soft boot this is the blue screen i get:

C000021a (fatal system error).
The session manager initialization system process
terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000026a
(0x00000000, 0x00000000)

it will not boot in any of the advanced options.

any suggestions
