RIS & Fatal system error (c000021a)

Hello,

When we try to install Windows XP SP1 from riprep image, after "Starting
Windows" message we receive a "blue screen" with description:

"STOP: c000021a {Fatal system error}
The session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly
with a status of 0x0000034 (0x0000000 0x0000000). The system has been shut
down."

I know that this message is very popular on posts, but I didn't find a
remedy for my problem.

Additional informations: RIS from Win2003 Standard, english; CD-based
installation works properly, and PE works too.
