WINDOWS XP64 UPGRADE

I installed a 180-day trial software edition of Windows XP Professional x64.
The time period is up and I am getting messages on my computer that say that
the computer will shutdown in one hour. I have purchased a new licensed
edition. How can I upgrade my trial edition without losing any data or
changing anything on my computer?

This should be asked in the 64bit group, but since I'm here ...

Doing a repair install from your licensed CD will give the
opportunity to enter the new key number.

Hi

A 'Repair' install from the new CD and then change the PK when asked for it.
