Upgrade Windows XP 64 bit Trial Edition

Hello,

I have installed the Windows XP 64 Bit Trial Edition. How can I upgrade it
to the full Windows XP 64 Bit OS? My company has a MS Select Agreement so I
have the CD for the Volume Licensing version of Windows XP 64 bit edition.
Can I upgrade the Trial Edition or do I need to do a full new install?

I'm sure I read somewhere that one can do a repair install with this.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Back up your stuff too.
