I have Windows XP home edition. Whenever we go into
Outlook Express or Internet we get an error message that
looks like popup saying

an exception occurred while trying to run
"C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download"

this only happens while logged in under my husbands
name. Please help!

You have spyware on your system. Remove spyware with Spybot Search &
Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
Mode.
