I am getting this message when I start up Internet
Explorer...An exception ocurred while trying to
run "C:\windows\system32\btiein.dll,download"

I need help in trying to resolve this issue.

Had same problem went to the website and installed ie 6.0
sloved my problem could solve yours give it a try

If I remember correctly, that 'btiein.dll' is a parasite
of some description, I had it before as well..

http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/ - there's a detection
thing there to make sure that it is a parasite

or just download ad aware (should be shareware versions
on the net somewhere) and scan your computer, ad aware
should find it and get rid of it
