can't get rid of error message

This message keeps popping up:

An exception occurred while trying to
run "C:\WINDOWS\system32\btiein.dll,download"

on the bottom bar it says "RUNDLL" I have tried
everything! Somebody help

Linda - you may have a spyware issue. Search , download,
install and run Spybot (It's a free program) and let it
search your drives (Click on the hourglass) and delete
any spware items that show up. Additionally here's a way
to check to see if you have the "Huntbar" installed. If
you do remove it as it is spyware.


Uninstall procedure
Uninstall HuntBar from "Add/Remove Programs" in the
Windows® Control Panel. Look for entries
called 'MSIETS', 'Internet 404', 'Tools for Internet
Explorer', 'Search Toolbar'. You can also uninstall it
manually.
