error message re download

New problem. Every time I try to open anything from the
internet I get the following message:

An exception occurred while trying to run
C:\windows\system32\btiein.dll,download

I am not computer savvy but this is now interfering with
lots of things. How do I fix?

This is a known spyware menace program interfering with Internet Explorer.
Try and obtain Spybot (Free sw) or Adware and it will detect it for sure
and remove it from your 'puter. You may have to get a friend to get you a
copy since IE can't download anything. removing IE will not help at all and
will cause more problems.
