btiein.dll problem

I am getting the following DLLRUN message each time I
open a new window. "An exception occured while trying to
run "C:\windows\system32\btiein.dll,download". It
doesn't seem to affect performance, but is certainly
annoying. how to make it go away?

The btiein.dll file is a component of a spyware program known as the
Huntbar.
