windows xp home edition problem

hi all i am new to this site .
i wonder if any 1 can help me i am having a prob with this ,when
start my pc up and going it says recovered from a serios error which i
something like this

c:\windows\minidump\mini041903-20.dmp
c:\doc~1\robert\locals~1\temp\wer2.temp.dir00\sysdata.xml
it seems to make the pc restart at times .
i have virus checked it all and it says it clear can any 1 help me

do a search for *.dmp, then delete all of the

delete the temp file "sysdata.xml" in that path c:\doc~1\robert\locals~1\temp\wer2.temp.dir00\sysdata.xm

right click on "My Computer
click on "properties
click on "Advanced" ta
click on "Settings" button in the Startup and Recover
uncheck "automatically restart

If you're unable to do this due to the system rebooting, go into safe mode by pushing the "F8" key during the boot
