error message

My PC keeps crashing and restarting, with the following
error message...
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini112003-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\ALICEW~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER3.tmp.dir00
\sysdata.xml
I have no idea what this means or how to fix the problem,
can anyone help.

Alice,

Go to Start
Then to Run
Type in: Eventvwr.msc

Now see if there are any errors in the Event Viewer to indicate what the
problem may be and then post back.

That's not the whole error message, right?

On the blue screen should be a Stop code in a form like 0x0000000A, and
A_NAME_WRITTEN_LIKE_THIS. You can see a list of these various messages (and
thus the form we need) on my Stop Messages page:

we can dig in better. (Maybe the Stop Messages page alone cold solve your
problem for you.)
