Hello
Unfortunately the information you have provided is inconclusive for us to
provide a reasonable response.
How large is the file?
Also if you go to Start | Run, type drwtsn32 click OK
When the GUI comes up; determine where your Dr. Watson logs write to, and go
there in Explorer
Examine the date on the drwtsn32.log if it is from the last occurrence open
it up.
Press Ctrl + End keys to get to the end of the document
Press the F3 key to initiate search, and search for PID change direction to
up since your at the bottom.
Copy from the PID to the bottom, and paste that data in a post. That will
give us more useful data to begin with.
That will show us the fault and the stack associated with the fault. While
it is not 100% it can get us going in a direction.
Ultimately if an analysis of data is required to determine exactly what is
going on. You can submit that via a web ticket to support. I don't
normally push pay support in here, but dumps are funny things and posting
one in a newsgroup is not too good.
Hope this gets you going
