Windows Task Manager

In the Windows Task Manager/Performance there are two grafts for CPU Usage history they are divided by a line.
The one on the left is consistent with the CPU usage but the one on the right seems much higher.
I do have a Intel 820 D Duo Core processor but don't know what this other one is.
