windows shutting down

win2k keeps shutting down on me as if the power has been
cut and when i restart there is no error message so i have
no idea whats going on can anyone help?

Hardware power supply failure? Bumping Power switch with your toe?

I get the smae problem but on windows server 2003. It happens most comonly after it has been sitting a while and i move the mouse for the screen saver to go away and the computer shuts down, how ever the power light on my compouter stays on, any ideas?
