Open specific hyperlink (accept) automatically in email with outlook

I was on this a few years ago and had some code to open a hyperlink. I'm wondering, with the passage of time, outlook still has the function to do this. I remember it was sucesful and being helped by a woman called Diane, as to how to ignore all the other hyperlinks and just an accept one automatically. Outlook kept shutting down options to do this in rules etc. Is it still possible to write a script in 2021 in outlook which does this? I should add, it doesn't have to be outlook. Any application after receiving an email would do - I would even change the email the hyperlinks are being sent to, if needed.
