Windows Messenger, Whats the latest Version?

What is the latest version of the Windows Messenger (the one that lets me
connect to an Exchange IM Server)

I have v5.0(5.0.0381). When I go to the MS Site for Messenger it wants me to
download v4.7..


I know MSN Messenger is up to 6...

The latest version of Windows Messenger 5 is 5.0.0482, which you can find here:

Windows Messenger 4.7 is actually considered a separate product, it isn't what you want as it
doesn't have Exchange support.
