Windows Mail won't send emails

Hi,

I have an account set up with Windows Mail. over the last 12 months there
have been no problems. Yesterday it refused to send any mails and they have
piled up in the outbox.

One email appears to be causing the problem and I can not view it, edit it,
delete it or move it. I keep getting an error message

"An unknown error message has occurred"

I have checked all my account details and everything is as it has been for
the past 12 months

Any ideas?

Have you installed Vista's SP1? If not, be sure to do so, since it includes
a fix for 'stuck' messages.

If SP1 was already installed, try running the various repair functions in
the WMUtil program: http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil

If no improvement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
