cannot send mail

As many have posted, I cannot send mail in Windows Mail, using Vista. The
last mail sent from my computer was 12/23. On 12/24 I changed to AT&T Uverse
internet instead of AT&T DSL. I can send and receive from the AT&T website
and my iPhone, but only receive in Windows Mail. Here is the message:

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Thursday', Account:
'mail.bellsouth.net', Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 207.115.11.17
(207.115.11.17:25), connect error 10060', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

You should be using the newer AT&T/Yahoo mail servers, see
