windows mail error message

Hi, my email keeps asking me to verify username and password and the
following error message - this has never happened before -
Account: 'pop.iprimus.com.au', Server: 'pop.iprimus.com.au', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] invalid user or password', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them will cause account
corruption in Windows Mail after a period of time.

Perhaps your email provider has tightened up their rules on how to enter the
username and password. Some providers insist that you enter your username
with no spaces or CAPITAL LETTERS. Some insist that you follow it with
the part of your email address starting with @, and some insist that you
don't.
Many insist that you use CAPITAL and lowercase letters in the correct
places in your password.
