Hello,
I would like to ask you if there are some ways to install outlook express
into windows vista and not only use windows mail. I am blind and must use
screen reader for my working with computer, and outlook express was better
for me. So is possible to do it? Thank you, Jiri Stojanik.

If you install MS Office 2003, (I don't know about MS Office 2007), it
installs Outlook as a mail reader. This can use, "Narrator", for speech. It
also installs a special verion of Outlook Express for use as a news reader
and that should also work with, "Narrator". Perhaps someone with MS Office
2007 could check that out for you.

No, there is no way to install Outlook Express on Windows Vista.

If Outlook 2003 works with Narrator, Outlook 2007 should also. Note that no
version of Outlook has ever installed "a special version of Outlook Express
for use as a news reader". Outlook has always used Outlook Express in news
only mode; on Windows Vista, Outlook uses Windows Mail in news only mode.
You can try this yourself, at a Command Prompt (or from the "Run" menu)
type:

WinMail /outnews

What you'll get is Windows Mail with only newsreader functionality.

There is one way to have OE running while running Vista. That is to run
Windows XP as guest in a virtual machine with Windows Vista as host.
The VM would likely be free, however buying XP would be expensive.
