from windows mail back to outlook express

Hello
I have tried windows mail but I want to go back to XP with outlook express
How can I convert or Export/ Import the windows vista mail into XP outlook
express?

Windows Mail stores all messages in .EML format which, conveniently, is the
same format Outlook Express uses (though OE takes it a step further by
placing these .EML files into .DBX storage files). All you need to do is
copy the .EML files and take them to your XP/OE machine where you can drag
and drop them into OE folders.
