Windows Mail vs. Oujtlook Express

Is Windows Mail as good and reliable as Outlook Express? I never lost a
sent message using Outlook Express. Windows Mail seems to be a lower version
of Outlook Express. How do I check out Windows Mail performance rating?

Not sure what your point is.
Use OE on XP. Use Windows Mail on Vista.
OE won't run on Vista, so you have no choice about it.

Well, the "choice" would be moving to Windows Live Mail or some other non-MS
email . . . . . but Windows Mail is the free mail for Vista, as OE is to XP.

What does performance rating have to do with losing messages?

I think you did not think before writing the message, since your question is
confusing. Please think about your question before writing.

As a programmer, when I ask a programming question, I sometimes spend an
hour creating the question. When I see other questions, either programmer or
not, I can sure tell when the person did not spend much time thinking about
what they need to ask, and I have seen thousands of programming questions. I
probably spent more time writing this reply than you spent writing your
question.

Gary answered you the best. OE is used with all MS OS's before Vista and WM is used
by Vista. Basically they are the same in performance

I probably spent more time writing this reply than you spent writing your
question.

Then why did you bother answering?

Nothing constructive in your response, (yet again Sam).

Go play in the traffic.

Or while away your hours corresponding with (e-mail address removed) ?

Because as I said, I have seen many questions that cause others to spend
extra time in an effort to help. Certainly if I had no interest in helping
others, I would not be spending time here. If you have something useful for
skyler then please don't keep it to yourself.

Is there anything constructive in your response?
