Windows Installer Problems

The windows installer box appears everytime I click on Outlook Express, the
internet, to download something, send email Etc. Just about anything I try to
do it pops up. It says preparing to install, but does nothing. Please help

Thanks Ricky. I was afraid to use the clean up, but got the guts to try and

Hi, I'm facing the same problem, "preparing to install" always pop up when i
open my computer, recycle bin, etc. I was wondering what did you exactly do
with the Windows Installer Cleanup to solve the problem?
