Windows Installer CleanUp Utility for WinXP

Today I installed a RAID-0 array, then copied my original
hard drive contents to the array. I now boot from the
array (what a performance boost!) and all is well,
except, of course, Office XP. Whether I try to repair,
remove or run any part of the suite I get the same error
message: "This patch package could not be opened. Verify
that the patch package exists and that you can access it,
or contact the application vendor to verify that this is
a valid Windows Installer patch package." Searching
Microsoft's support pages points to this utility to help
solve my problem, but I can't find a version of the
utility for WinXP. Does anyone know if there is one?

Jerry,

use the one for Windows 2000 anyway, even though it says it's no
good for Windows XP.

To be on the safe side, set a restore point before you use the
utility. If anything goes wrong, you can then undo everything
and go back to the restore point.

I had to apply the tool to one of my XP computers, and it worked
well.

Thank you both very much! The utility worked perfectly.
It's currently tough to locate anything from Microsoft
indicating that it is compatible with WinXP. I really
appreciate the information!

There is no info on an XP version of WICU, only how to use
it. Where can the utility exe be found.
