I checked for you as instructed, I do not have this entry allow *but* the URL is
a "Rogue/Suspect" site.
The URL is on my HOSTS file list.
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.txt
CTRL + F : insert "updatetosecurity.com" (no quotes), select, Find Next to verify
the entry.

You will find the HOSTS file (MVP created, used and approved), here;

I've found out how it got there. I Clicked on host file in Spybot and then
"add Spybot-S&D host file". Windows Antispyware pops up alerting you to allow
or block "uptodatesecurity.com". I guess I thought it was legitimate at the
time but I don't remember allowing it. If it's a rogue site though I don't
understand why it's coming from Spybot.

You want to rid of the SpyBot HOSTS file ASAP, as it is full of old and
redundant entries!!

Use the one at the URL from my last reply post as it is the number one used
HOSTS file on the Internet.

Note that using a HOSTS file that is basically redundant will cause slowness
of your Browser and give you a false sense of security since you have no idea
as to what it is protecting you from.
