When I try to manual update MS AntiSpyware. I downloaded the newest version

Yes, apparently the Microsoft servers are down this weekend... but since you
have the latest software version as well as the latest signature definitions,
there's nothing now you could "get" even when they come back up.

New signature definitions are released weekly, usually on or shortly after
Thursday, try again then.

I sent an email to microsoft about this problem. Thier response was " spyware
is a beta product, no assistance". So the problem will be solve when they get
around to it.

I am having the same problem as well, checked all firewalls and router
