how to browse the hosts file in microsoft antispyware?

I'd like to block a host file. but there are so many files, it's
difficult to find.
Is there a way to specifically search for a file within
microsoft antispyware?

To put it bluntly--don't do it that way.

Use this tool instead:

and, consider using the one-button solution to reset the hosts file to the
default--which has only a single live entry--for localhost.

Read some about the hosts file--you may well be misunderstanding what you
are seeing--which is probably information placed there by Spybot Search &
Destroy to prevent your accidentally reaching a variety of bad sites.

And, consider updating to Windows Defender--beta2 of Microsoft Antispyware:

This has no hosts file editing capability, I believe, but still monitors the
hosts file.
