I have several files issues that I need help with. First, this is how I got
them. I use netscape and netscape is my home page, and I trusted them, big
mistake. I like different wallpaper and noticed this 3d animated thing and
downloaded it, well I received about 6 different programs ( spyware ) things
like csrss.exe, lsass.exe, svhost32.exe, winlogon.exe, winlock.exe,
wincomm.exe, the last 2 rewrite themselves after I delete them. I don't know
where they would be to be able to rewrite back. 1 or more of the programs has
disabled Norton, but not zonealarm. I have the Regcleaner software and was
able to delate some, but they are smarter now and attach themselves to needed
programs. I also have a window pop up that says ( The RPC server is
unavailable- max retry attempts exceeded ) which fills my memory and keeps
alot of programs from loading. Also ( Register class objects failed - hRes =
0x800706BA ) and my printer is off line. I tried reinstalling it but that
did'nt help. I really think I caused most of the problyms by some of the
deletes, but I don't know how to fix them. Pretty bad, huh? I know this is a
lot and any help would be appreciated.

Mark some of the files you listed as spyware are not spyware. What gave you the impression they were?

csrss.exe - LSA Executable and Server DLL (Export Version) (6KB)
lsass.exe - Client Server Runtime Process (33KB)
winlogon.exe - Windows NT Logon Application (179KB)

Are necessary system files and Microsoft Copyrighted. All backed up in dllcache which is where they get
replaced from if you remove them. They are necessary.

These:

svhost32.exe
winlock.exe

probably are. Select one in Windows Explorer | right-click Properties | Version tab. What is the Description
and who holds the Copyright?

"I tried reinstalling it but that did'nt help." - what is "it?"
