Win XP found new hardware problem

I had to uninstall and reinstall my HP 6310 Allinone Printer, it is now
safely installed and working properly, however whenever I start my computer
I get a "New hardware found" message for the HP6300 series printer.
I have a Medion Desktop PC with WinXPSP3, Speed 1.8, Memory 512mb, Hanns
HX191D Monitor, Logitech keyboard and mouse.
Can you please advise how I can stop the Hardware found appearing
TIA

A Google search on "New hardware found" netted this convoluted solution,
plus, of course many more:

Finally resolved by allowing the installation to proceed even though printer
was already installed.
Thanks anyway

Thanks Joe,
Finally let it run it's course even thought the printer was already
installed.
Now it's gone away
Thanks
