A Google search for: CSWGINA.DLL indicates that it is a file related to
Cisco Aironet Utilities.
There is Cisco paper on what to do if your just upgraded and the file is
missing.
A quick Google for "CSWGINA.DLL" shows that this file is connected with
a Cisco Aironet device. So, I suppose you can get rid of it by
uninstalling whatever Cisco device you've got installed. Since you
haven't provided much information in your post, that's as specific as I
