W2000 Pro : Error 1053 while starting task scheduler

Since a few days ago, the service Task scheduler doesn't start.
I have no more information available in the Event log.
Can anyone help ?

Note : All the latest W2000 patchs are applied.

Hi-

Make sure you're running SP4. Also, make sure the Service is set to run as
the Local System Account.
