Task Scheduler

I'm having problems getting the task scheduler task to
start. This just started happening in the past week. It
appears to have occurred right after IIS5.0 was installed
on the machine. I get error 1053 which basically says
that it timed out trying to start the service.

Does anyone have any ideas on the cause and/or a solution?

Did you change the logon account for the service?
