As I always do when encountering a post with a router I'm not familiar with, a quick Google
search reveals others are having the same issue you are (so I'll save you the usual, have you
upgraded your firmware response).
Although you might have to bug Netgear about this (as it may be their problem), I'm curious,
if you use Windows Messenger instead (click Start, then Run, type "msmsgs" and click OK),
will it work through there? Windows Messenger uses UPnP devices slightly differently and may
actually allow it to work.
