One of my computers consistently hangs when viewing photos using photo/fax
viewer. This is especially troublesome when viewing as a slide show. I should
have adeq memory (768 RAM) and I've updated my onboard VGA driver. Any ideas
where to go next?

=====================================
"Hangs" as in "Freeze"? Or is it just slow to open
the next image. Maybe it would help to run disk
cleanup, error checking and defrag.

Do you happen to have Adobe PhotoShop or
Elements installed?

If you do...right click on a .jpg file and choose
Properties. Click the Photoshop Image tab
and uncheck the "Generate Thumbnails" button,
then click OK.
