VIDEO-AUDIO?? I NEED HELP

JUST HAD MY COMPUTER 'FIXED'. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO OPEN E-MAILS THAT HAVE AN ATTACHMENT WITH WINDOWSMEDIA.COM. I KEEP GETTING AND ERROR MESSAGE WITH THE CODE 800C0008.

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS? OR HOW I CAN FIX IT WITHOUT GOING TO THE PC SHOP AGAIN?

i just did a web search for this code and it came up with only issues with internet explorer v4 (which includes outlook express)

Are you still using ie v4

if so the solution is simple. connect to ms downloads and download version 6. i thibk this will install on any win os apart from maybe 95 or the original 98.
