I have created a presentation in 2003, but most of the PCs in the company are
running 2000. Is there a way to make the 2003 presentation viewable by those
running 2000, without losing sound, graphics or animation? I've tried PPS,
but that doesn't work. The presentation breaks up.

Hi Lori,

if they are only going to view your presentation and not edit it, the
easiest way is to download the free PowerPoint viewer 2003 from Microsoft's
Download page. It will show all the new animations. And if you distribute
your presentation on CD, you can even copy the 7 files it consists of to the
CD and run it from the CD without installing.

Best regards,
Ute

In PowerPoint 2003, you can use package for CD and choose copy to CD (Click
File > Package for CD > copy to CD). This will include the PowerPoint 2003
Viewer which allows others without PowerPoint or newer version to view your
presentation.
