Using WM5 w/ ActiveSync - Failing to sync w/ Support code 8000ffff

I have a new user that just purchased a T-MOBILE MDA device. I installed
ActiveSync v4.1 on there PC. User is currently running Outlook 2003. When
we do an ActiveSync, it fails to sync with Exchange server, gived support
code 8000ffff. The user has no firewall installed. Please help with this
problem, if this is not the correct forum, please point me in the right
direction. THANK YOU.
