Activesync 4.0 sync problem

I recently installed Windows Mobile 5 and Activesync 4.0. I now cannot get
Outlook 2002 to sync. Before I did this and using Activesync 3.8 and the same
Outlook configuration, I would get a popup asking for access which when oked
allowed me to sync. I now get an error that starts "cannot synchronize with
Outlook profile you are using.........support code:8503001f" and suggest
opening with the correct profile or that the profile is password protected. I
have opened the .ost and .pst files and tried to change the passwords but a
popup states the password is incorrect. My mail password has not changed. Any
help would be appreciated!
