Using sysprep:SamChangePasswordUser returned status c000006a.

When I tested a Ghost image from Windows XP, using Sysprep, an error occured
after I provided the system password (setup unable to change password for
user account Administrator because of the following error:
SamChangePasswordUser returned status c000006a.

I have a lot of computers to install, and i can not solve the problem. I
have tried without any administrators password and with administrator
password, and gets the same error.

If you are going to change the password with sysprep, the password must be
blank on the system before running sysprep.
