SamChangePasswordUser returned status c000006a

When I tested a Ghost image from Windows XP, using Sysprep, an error occured
after I provided the system password (setup unable to change password for
user account Administrator because of the following error:
SamChangePasswordUser returned status c000006a.

I have a lot of computers to install, and i can not solve the problem. I
have tried without any administrators password and with administrator
password, and gets the same error.

This error has not occurred to me but i believe that Microsoft´s SAM (No, not the computers default voice. ^^) does´nt have permission to change the password for the admin. Good luck but i believe that the only fix is reinstalling windows
