Hi there

If you are using PowerPoint 2003 (or XP/2002 I think) right click on the
sound icon on the slide and select custom animation. There will probably
already be an animation for it as when you inserted it you would have been
asked if you wanted it start automatically or on click. Click the drop down
arrow next to the animation and select 'Timing'->Triggers->select the
autoshape from the drop down list. Test in slide show view.

If you are using a different version (or none of the above makes any sense)
post back and someone else may be able to help :)

Hi ( and Hi Lucy) I guess its bedtime in Oz so I'll jump in.

Two ways

There should be a "Stop" action - if you select the music icon >in custom
animation >add effect > sound actions > Stop. Then follow Lucy's instructions
to add the second shape as a triggerfor this animation

OR

In the original change the "Play" action to Sound actions to "Pause" by
selecting it and then "Change". In this case the same button will start the
music and if pressed again stop it (and restart if pressed again)

Hope that makes sense

Hi John - I was back in the UK last month and it snowed. Should have stayed

Hi Glen - isn't Adelaide lovely? V laid back. And cheap :) Did you make it

Yep 8.20 here in SA - the new Robin Hood is on the telly at the mo :)
Where wasn't I? One night in Twyford, 2 nights (and snow) in Peatling Parva,
3 nights near Cannes, 2 nights in Cambridge, 5 nights in London, 5 nights in
Edinburgh (Front page of Evening News 'Scotland has mini-heat wave' - it was
16. We cut it out to show to the Aussies). Oh and lots of time on a plane.
Where up north are you? Is it grim? He he.

We're in between the Yorkshire and Durham Dales, the weather is fairly grim
here today though runners are supposed to be collapsing with heatstroke in
the London Marathon!
