Round Corners on Block Arrow AutoShape

Hi,

I want to be able to have round corners (RCs) on a particular AutoShape. The
shape i want RCs on can be found by clicking 'AutoShapes'... 'Block
Arrows'... 'Pentagon'.

If AutoShape cannot be edited, can a 'Custom AutoShape' be created?

So far I have tried to create a shape in Adobe Illustrator and export as
EMF/WMF, but as you would presume... when horzitonal resize the arrow head
does not stay the same (it streches) and the stroke on shape stretches.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Another less 'free form' way might be to....

1) Place the arrow so it is approximately the right
size/color/direction/etc. and copy it
2) Edit => Paste special => Enhanced metafile
3) Right click on the new shape => Grouping => ungroup
4) Repeat step 3
5) Move the center fill separate from the outline and delete the outline
6) Right click the fill shape and select edit points
7) Right click on the point you want to round and select smooth point
8) Adjust to suit -- see the article on Echo's Voice Lucy mentioned (good
stuff)
9) Add a new outline by selecting the line color button from the draw menu
....
10) Delete the original arrow
