used PC Relocator, now can't install or uninstall

I recenly got a new PC and used AlohaBob's PC Relocator
to move my software to my new PC. (Terrible program
BTW!) It moved my Antispyware from my old PC, but it
does not work. Here's what I have tried:

1. I've tried to reinstall it (new download) and I
get "internal error 2753 gcasinstallhelper.exe" and the
install fails.
2. I downloaded the "Windows Install Cleanup" as
suggested in another post, but the program is not listed
(none of the programs moved from my old computer are
listed).
3. I have tried to uninstall using the Add/Remove
programs and the program is not listed.

I really liked using it on my old computer, but I can't
seem to figure this out. Any suggestions?

Hello Melanie,

Remove this folder:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\
Then download ccleaner:
http://www.ccleaner.com/ccdownload.asp
then install ccleaner and do a registry cleanup!
Then do a fresh install, if your version of MSAS was not .614, then
first download the new version!

Thanks Tom. I did as you wrote, but I still have the
same issue when I try to install. The folder was there
(c:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\) and I deleted
it. I downloaded the ccleaner and ran the registry fix,
but it's still not working.

The first thing the installer does when I try to
reinstall is to say "This setup will preform an upgrade
of ". Do you want to continue?"

If I continue, it gives me the 2753 error.

There must be traces of the program still out there
somewhere, but I cannot find it.
I would apprecite any other ideas you may have.
