unwanted program

Hi i have got 2 things that have turnd up in my program files. they are "cool
open burn" and "meet love win" i can not get rid of them when i try to deleit
it says "error deleting file or floder" Please can anyone help me to rid them
from my puter. I dont know how they got there in the first place. will be
very glad if someone can help.

Download spybot search and destroy (www.safer-networking.org) Another one to
use is ad-aware (www.lavasoft.de) Both are freeware.

Run these programs to check for spyware/malware. After installing
update them, then boot into safe mode and run them. You should update
and run them weekly.

Sounds like a virus. Two things: search Norton.com or
McAfee.com to find definition and use their remove SW
(virus checker or download) to clean your system.
