unusual URL in Address Bar

Hi,
When I type something in the Address bar (for e.g.
microsoft) and click Ctrl+Enter the URL changes to
http://www.ignphrases.com/keyword/keyword.aspx?
pid=72&v=6.1&rs=0&keyword=|~jhvjcnn

Also, when the list appears for commonly typed addresses
on the address bar, when i click the down arrow to select
an address, the url first selected is
http://www.ignphrases.com/keyword/keyword.aspx?
pid=72&v=6.1&rs=0&keyword=|~jhvjcnn

I'm tired and have even checked the registry for this
problem.
Can anyone pls help.
